    • Overview

      Both pharmacists and pharmacy technicians are playing vital roles in the provision of MTM and CCM services to patients in both community and institutional settings. In this unique panel style discussion, join industry colleagues who are effectively making MTM and CCM a part of daily practice.  Panelists will discuss the requirements for providing services, as well as explore effective strategies for patient interviewing.  As with all ‘Beyond the Classroom’ discussions, participants will be able to interact directly with the panelists in real time.
