  Overview

  Did you know that the leading cause of death and disability in the US is the standard American diet? In this course, we talk about the foods that are feeding these chronic diseases and conditions and what we can do to put a stop to it. We discuss what is meant by a whole food, plant-based diet and explain in detail what foods should be included and what foods should be excluded to reap the maximum well-documented health benefits of this type of lifestyle.
