    • Overview

Calculations are a critical component of pharmacy practice, and yet so many technicians struggle with this area of study. Within this module, pharmacy technicians will learn the fundamentals of measurement in the field of pharmacy as well as the concept and appropriate application of the ratio-proportion methodology that can be used to find the solution to any math problem they will encounter. An emphasis on logic and critical thinking will be reviewed rather than relying on memorization and using a formulaic approach to problems.
