    • Overview

      Intermittent fasting and time-restricted eating have gained in popularity over the past several years due to its perceived benefits in weight loss, chronic disease management, and longevity. This course will be an exploration into the history, literature, and clinical applications of fasting. In addition, the proper adjustment of medications in patients choosing to fast, contraindications, and strategies for successful fasting will also be addressed.
