    • Overview

      This first of three modules in the Controlled Substance Diversion Prevention specialty certification will introduce the pharmacy technician learner to the basics of controlled substances and diversion. This session will explore the reasons that individuals divert and how to spot the signs of impairment in health care professionals. This module will also highlight the places and procedures in pharmacy that create high-risk situations for diversion.
