    • Overview

      In module 2 of this certification, instruction for collection of patient-specific data is provided. Guidance on how to collect a focused health history and physical examination are provided and explanations regarding the significance of data elements are given. Additionally, various infectious and non-infectious conditions for which community pharmacy-based disease management services utilizing CLIA-waived POC tests are reviewed. Lastly, procedures for collecting specimen via throat swab, nasal swab, oral swab, and finger stick are demonstrated.
