    • Overview

      Critical communications in the pharmacy with patients who are deaf or hard of hearing can be an obstacle for many pharmacy personnel. This engaging session, led by a pharmacist with this UNIQUE-ability, introduces basic American Sign Language to pharmacy staff as well as divulges different resources that can be used to communicate via American Sign Language.
