    • Overview

In a podcast-style discussion, Mike Corvino, PharmD, and Cole Swanson, PharmD examine hepatitis C treatment. Current therapies are very effective in curing Hep C and treatment has come a long way over the last decade. Pharmacists and nurses regularly encounter patients at risk or with diagnosed Hep C. It is important that pharmacists and nurses understand the appropriate use of the medications used to treat Hep C and the importance of adherence and follow-up. This session seeks to explore these topics, focusing on how this information can best be incorporated into daily medical practice.
