    • Overview

This activity is an introduction to over-the-counter drug therapy designed to make the pharmacist understand the scope and cost savings of OTC medications. This program will give a brief history of the laws that govern OTC products as well as approaches to helping patients make informed self-care choices. Join Professor Pete Kreckel, a pharmacist with nearly four decades of community pharmacy experience, as he lays the groundwork for a fifteen-module course that, when completed, will make the pharmacist a self-care expert.
