    • Overview

In a podcast-style discussion, Mike Corvino, PharmD, and Cole Swanson, PharmD review medications that have been newly approved over the last year. A number of novel agents have recently been approved as well as medications in established drug classes. Pharmacists and nurses frequently get questions from patients about newly approved medications. It is important that pharmacists and nurses understand the appropriate use of these medications and which patients may benefit from them. This session seeks to explore these topics, focusing on how this information can best be incorporated into daily medical practice.
