    • Overview

With the wide variety of species and size variety within each species, veterinary compounding is necessary to provide high quality care.  However, veterinary patients aren’t just small or large humans.  They present many variances in toxicity concerns, dosing, ideal dosage routes, and legal concerns.  This course will provide an introduction to some of the major differences and areas of concern compared to human medicine as well as some guidance on further steps to take when learning about veterinary compounding.
