In this final, unaccredited attestation, the Participant will demonstrate the skills acquired in attending the previous accredited modules. Participants and preceptors are asked to pay close attention to the guidance documents attached to the first module (Overview of CLIA-Waived Point-of-Care Testing Services) in completing this attestation. Upon completion of this attestation and the final exam, PharmCon faculty will review each submission to ensure all documentation is in order. Please allow 7-10 business days for this review process.

PharmCon is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education.
PharmCon is an approved course provider for continuing education for nurses by the Florida Board of Nursing. PharmCon is also recognized by the California Board of Nursing as a provider of nursing programs.
