    • Overview

Community pharmacists face many challenges - DIR fees, PBMs, payments/Rx revenue, staffing, workload, and staffing issues. Amidst it all, pharmacists are expected to meet their social and professional responsibilities to their communities and patients. This session employs a panel of experienced individuals who follow the profession very closely. The roles of ‘e-pharmacy’, ‘national provider status’, artificial intelligence, and the current educational structure are critically examined. As with all ‘Beyond the Classroom’ offerings, this is an interactive experience where learners are invited to pose questions to the panelists throughout the conversation.
