    • Overview

Mental health conditions can trigger compliance requirements with both the FMLA and the ADA. During this course, participants will learn to identify FMLA and ADA requests, as well as how to engage in the interactive process. While there are born leaders, no manager or leader has been born with inherent knowledge of how to navigate the precarious waters of the FMLA or the ADA. When participants have finished this course, they will emerge with a better understanding of the complexities of both laws and how they interact together.
