    • Overview

      The food we eat plays a critical role in our overall health and wellness, not just in preventative medicine. The food we eat also plays a major part in healing as well. In this module we will identify the impact that alterations to our food system and diet has had on our genome, as well as how this has had a dramatic impact on our health today. We will define the common vitamins and minerals frequently lacking in the typical Western diet. We will also examine the western lifestyle and diet compared to others around the world.
