  Overview

  Statins have played a vital role throughout the years. This presentation will discuss the impact of statins in patients and how it is used as a prophylactic agent in treatment plans. The pathology, dosing, and different subclasses of statins will be thoroughly discussed as needed to help increase the knowledge of pharmacy technicians.
