    • Overview

Medication use is common in the pediatric population as 20% of children use at least one medication.  There are, however, significant differences between neonates, children, adolescents, and adults in the pharmacokinetics in medications.  This CE will focus on those basic differences and will be using aminoglycoside therapeutic drug monitoring to help illustrate some of those differences.
