  Overview

  Professional unrest dominates the pharmacy industry news with reports of understaffing, controversial business metrics, and patient safety concerns. This unique panel discussion format brings together a team of professionals across a wide spectrum of the profession, including pharmacy practice management, chain pharmacy administration, and independent pharmacy ownership. The team will critically examine the current recruitment challenges within both pharmacies and colleges, the corresponding relationship to patient safety, and identify avenues for professional advocacy. As with all Beyond the Classroom sessions, participants will have the opportunity to interact with panelists in real time.
