Overview
Medication history is the process of identifying the most accurate list of all medications that the patient is taking. Pharmacy technicians play a key role in the medication history process and recognizing strategies in medication error prevention. This session will define key medical terminology used in the medication history process and identify strategies that pharmacy technicians can utilize to obtain accurate and vital information.
