Overview
Type 2 diabetes affects approximately 36 million Americans. Proper and safe management with medications is a cornerstone for treatment. In this activity, participants will get an overview of the agents used to treat type 2 diabetes, as well as common side effects, drug interactions, and contraindications to help pharmacy technicians provide safe, effective, team-based care.
