    • Overview

The lack of confidence in vaccines has been a problem for many years, but has recently increased. Social media has provided a platform for vaccine misinformation to be shared widely. Through this program you will learn the importance of listening to the concerns of your patients and will be equipped with tools to utilize to address any apprehensions they may have regarding receiving vaccines. This program will also cover motivational interviewing, which is an important skill set for pharmacy team members to have to be able to elicit behavior changes in our patients.
