Keith is a graduate of Spring Arbor University where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Health Services Management. He earned his Pharmacy Certified Technician designation with the MPA Education Center in 1991 and has worked in different areas of industry as a Certified Pharmacy Technician for over twenty-eight years. Keith is the current President of the Pharmacy Technician Educators Council (PTEC), serves as an Executive Board Member for the Wayne County Pharmacists Association (WCPA), and an Executive Board Member for the Michigan Society of Pharmacy Technicians Executive Board (MSPT). He has also contributed as an exam writer for the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB).
Keith has served as the Associate Dean of Pharmacy Technology at Wayne County Community College District, the Program Director of the Pharmacy Technology Program at Baker College of Allen Park, and has served as a Pharmacy Technician instructor at other institutions such as Kaplan Career Institute, National Institute of Technology, and Detroit Job Corps Center, where he has assisted in curriculum design and accreditation for pharmacy technician programs. One of his most proud accomplishments was serving as the Program Director of the Pharmacy Technician Program at MedCerts, where he helped develop and manage the first 100% fully online ASHP/ACPE Accredited Pharmacy Technician Training Program in the United States.
Keith currently serves as the Program Director of the Pharmacy Technician Program at Henry Ford College in Dearborn, MI. He also volunteers at the Cabrini Clinic in Detroit, MI, which provides services for individuals with low or no income and are uninsured, where he rotates managing the pharmacy services and supervising pharmacy interns from Wayne State University.

I believe that I have a duty and a responsibility in making a tangible deposit in the lives of those who I come into my classroom and ensure that their needs are met. This requires that everyone in the education process have the same vision, mindset, and heartbeat. These are the same principles I applied while working the health care field. I have always enjoyed seeing other people benefit and prosper for the effort I put forward to ensure that they are successful. The most rewarding part of my current position, and as an educator, is looking at the transformation of my students from the time they enter to the time they graduate."
