Dr. Georgy graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) School of Pharmacy as a Doctor of Pharmacy. She is a Certified Diabetes Care Educator Specialist, a Board-Certified Medication Therapy Management Specialist and Board-Certified Ambulatory Care Pharmacist. She is currently a courtesy Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Florida and Adjunct Faculty at VCU. Dr. Georgy's experiences have been multifaceted, ranging from practicing as an Ambulatory Care Pharmacist at Kaiser Permanente, hospital settings to volunteering as a Pharmacist at Mission Life Center (MLC) Hope Clinic. As well as assuming roles as Subject Matter Expert at Kaiser Permanente and National Board of Medication Therapy Management. She currently serves as a Primary Care Clinical Pharmacists and Consultant for various Internal Medicine and Family Practice physician offices. Dr. Georgy provides compassionate patient care that helps promote health through prevention and safe effective treatment. Her extensive knowledge includes areas of expertise in: Anticoagulation, Asthma, Chronic Care Management, Transitional Care Management, Diabetes, Hyperlipidemia, Hypertension, Patient Assistance and Smoking Cessation. Dr. Georgy pursued her dreams of thriving on patient care centered relationships and physician collaborations. All while maintaining the pleasures of life.
