    Dana R Fasanella, PharmD, CDE, BCACP is an Assistant Professor of Pharmacy Practice at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore School of Pharmacy.  She maintains an ambulatory care practice site focused on diabetes education and chronic disease management at the Three Lower Counties Community Services, Inc. Adult Medicine Clinic in Salisbury, MD.  Dr. Fasanella completed a PGY2 residency in Ambulatory Care with an Emphasis in Academia with the University of Tennessee College of Pharmacy in Memphis, TN and a PGY1 Community Practice Residency with The University of Texas at Austin and H.E.B. Pharmacy.  She received both her Doctor of Pharmacy and Master of Science in Clinical Research from Campbell University.
