    Clinical Associate Professor, University of Illinois at Chicago, College of Pharmacy

    Dr. Badowski received her doctorate of pharmacy degree from Midwestern University, Chicago College of Pharmacy, Downers Grove, Illinois. She completed her PGY-1 pharmacy practice and PGY-2 pharmacotherapy residencies at the University of Maryland Medical Center and the University of Maryland College of Pharmacy, Baltimore, Maryland. Her specialties and research interests include HIV and Infectious Diseases.

    Upon completion of her residencies, Dr. Badowski was an assistant professor at the University of Maryland College of Pharmacy, Baltimore, Maryland. In 2010, Dr. Badowski joined the University of Illinois at Chicago, College of Pharmacy, Chicago, Illinois, as a clinical assistant professor. She currently manages patients with HIV in the Illinois Department of Corrections through telemedicine services. In 2014, Dr. Badowski became the founding chair of the American College of Clinical Pharmacy HIV Practice and Research Network. In addition, she was appointed as a Pharmacotherapy Specialist Council Member to the Board of Pharmacy Specialties.
