    Dr. Nightingale is a full-time faculty member in the Department of Pharmacy Practice at the Jefferson College of Pharmacy (JCP) for the past 8 years in both the didactic and experiential settings. Dr. Nightingale’s clinical practice is at the Sidney Kimmel Cancer Center (Senior Adult Center) at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital where she provides medication therapy management services, medication adherence counseling and medication education. 

     

    Dr. Nightingale’s research interests include senior adult oncology, specifically, medication related problems including polypharmacy, potentially inappropriate medication use, adverse drug events and medication adherence in senor adults living with cancer.

     

    Dr. Nightingale received her doctor of pharmacy degree from Rutgers University, Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy after which she completed a Pharmacy Practice Residency at Temple University Health System in Philadelphia and then completed a second year Oncology Pharmacy Practice Residency at University of Maryland School of Pharmacy in Baltimore.
