Dr. Kate Moore is board certified in ambulatory care and pharmacotherapy. She completed 2 years of residency training with a specialty in ambulatory care. She is currently a clinical pharmacist with Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System with an emphasis in caring for patients with chronic diseases. She has served as Associate Professor of Pharmacy Practice and Executive Director of Experiential Education at Presbyterian College School of Pharmacy where her teaching focused on interprofessional education and cardiology disease states. She has served as a preceptor for both students and pharmacy residents at a large internal medicine clinic where she provided transition of care coordination and disease management services. Additionally, she has served as a pharmacist in a large family medicine residency program where she not only cared for patients but served as a preceptor and educator for the medical residents during their training.
