    Ashley H. Meredith PharmD, BCACP, BCPS, CDE is a Clinical Associate Professor of Pharmacy Practice, College of Pharmacy, Purdue University. She received her PharmD degree from the University of Pittsburgh and completed her PGY1 and PGY2 Ambulatory Care/Education residencies at the RL Roudebush VA Medical Center in Indianapolis, Indiana. Her practice for Eskenazi Health involves provision of disease state management services for two adult primary care clinics. Dr. Meredith's research interests relate to qualitative and quantitative assessment of pharmacist provided services. Her teaching areas within the College of Pharmacy include hormonal contraceptives, medications in pregnancy and lactation, general women's health, and concepts of ambulatory care pharmacy practice. In 2012, the Purdue University College of Pharmacy recognized Dr. Meredith's work with the Innovation in Teaching and Learning Award.
