    • Overview

In this monograph, the long tradition of pharmacy ethics is reviewed and the close relationship between regulation and ethics is discussed. Specific ethical issues are addressed, including conscientious objection, confidentiality, rationing, and conflicts of interest. For each of these issues, the connection between ethics and regulation is noted. Legal case studies are used to reinforce the importance of the connection between regulation and ethics.
