    • Overview

As in many facets of pharmacy practice, proper documentation is extremely important for compounding. If an event is not documented, then the event never occurred, putting the practitioner at risk for dire repercussions. Poor documentation in the compounding pharmacy could have negative impacts not only on the compounders, but on the patients as well. This course will address compounding best practices and help the practitioner understand the importance of documentation.
