    • Overview

The Food to Pharmacy Connection is a journey following wellness from food, to medicine, to lifestyle changes in order to help patients on their personal health journeys. This program is designed to help you recognize where medicine first began, through exploring the plant and animal kingdom, then take your new understanding into practice by implementing the power of lifestyle medicine for the good of the patient. The Food to Pharmacy Connection is the ultimate educational and implementation tool to build the bridge between current allopathic and lifestyle medicine.

Module I of Food to Pharmacy Connection identifies common nutritional deficiencies, while also analyzing benefits that these nutrients have when abundantly present in the body. Along with nutritional imbalances, this module examines the power of healthy macro- and micro-nutrient ratios and how they have impacted human health throughout history, drug induced-nutrient depletions, the benefits of clean eating, and the detriment of empty calories, all while clearly defining the healthiest choices in eating.
