      Changes are occurring within the sterile compounding arena that warrant immediate preparation for not only patient safety, but also for state boards of pharmacy and accrediting organization compliance.   This session will highlight the key areas of revised <797>, including personnel training and monitoring, facility design and monitoring, assignment of beyond-use dates, and work practices.  Personnel and environmental monitoring parameters for those who mix Compounded Sterile Preparations (CSPs) are explored in detail.
