    • Overview

      This program will assist pharmacy practitioners with an understanding of the various types of legal actions that may arise while practicing pharmacy. Examples of recent legal cases will also be discussed to help illustrate these legal concerns. By reviewing recent cases, providers can have a better understanding of the current legal standards and well as how to manage the risks and improve their practice.
