  This program summarizes Texas Board of Pharmacy rules that are applicable to Class A (community) pharmacies.  Legal requirements related to pharmacy personnel, the pharmacy practice site, pharmacy practice standards, prescriptions, and drugs are presented.  The comprehensive nature of pharmacy regulation in Texas is highlighted, with specific lists of required duties and responsibilities applicable to pharmacy practice.
