    • Overview

      Despite numerous treatments for diabetes, the number of patients with diabetes is growing.  This presentation will evaluate diabetes treatments through case studies approach.  The participant will learn of the impact of food, exercise, and concomitant medications on medication selection for diabetes. In addition, the presentation will discuss advantages and disadvantages and place in therapy of non-insulin and insulin products based on standards of care and algorithm of medication therapy in diabetes.
