  Overview

  This class reviews theories of pharmacy regulation with the goal of understanding the behaviors and motivations of regulatory agencies. This class develops empathy for the difficult position in which agency personnel and leaders find themselves, and it explores strategies to facilitate agency success through compliance by those who are regulated by the agency. The class reviews approaches to meaningful compliance with regulatory agency objectives.
