    • Overview

In a panel style discussion, participants discuss newly FDA-approved medications of 2021. New medications have been approved for many disease states including atopic dermatitis, asthma, migraines, HIV and more. It is important that pharmacists, technicians, and nurses be aware of these new medications when they encounter patients taking them. This session seeks to highlight and identify relevant drug interactions, side effects, and therapeutic appropriateness. As with all ‘Beyond the Classroom’ discussions, participants will be able to interact directly with the expert panelists in real time.
