    • Overview

The landscape of pharmacy is ever changing and with reimbursements decreasing pharmacies have had to create new revenue paths to stay afloat. Medication therapy management (MTM) is one of the tactics used today to help increase revenue in the community pharmacy setting. However, medication therapy management is quite time-consuming process that pharmacists are often not able to complete along with their other day to day responsibilities. This session seeks to define medication therapy management and provide technicians with the knowledge of how they can be an integral part of the MTM process.
