  Overview

  There are recent drugs available on the market for women with hypoactive sexual desire disorder and other sexual health conditions that many pharmacists, technicians, and nurses are unaware of. With the changing world of healthcare and advocacy around female sexual health, more and more providers are seeing women come forth with these conditions and writing prescription for them. Because of this change, pharmacy practitioners need to know how to counsel, store, and talk to patients about these drugs when a new prescription is brought into the pharmacy. This program seeks to increase awareness of new drugs and counseling points for women with sexual health conditions like hypoactive sexual desire disorder.
